Some marketers in the media and entertainment (M&E) industry have overcome key hurdles that can hamper a digital marketing strategy, including:

  • Meeting the Needs of Digital Customers: Twenty-eight percent either disagree or strongly disagree with the statement, “We have not yet evolved our processes to meet the needs of digital customers and changing consumption habits.”
  • Obtaining Executive Support for Data and Technology Investments: Thirty-one percent either disagree or strongly disagree with the statement, “Executive management is not committed to investing in data and technology as a path to growth.”
